Well, believe it or not...It is now February! And I am trying to keep my (recipe post) promise. The way the weather has been the last few weeks I should be posting something cool and smooth for Spring, but I am afraid we still have some snow yet to come. Maybe If I believe we will have more snow, It will be reversed. Oh well, as you can tell I do love Spring! But, whatever God wants is o.k with me! He loves to keep us guessing though!
Cheese Ball is a good snack/appetizer, all year around...I like making it, #1: its easy, #2: it is quick to make, #3 you have to mix it with your hands, and when your done,,, you get "lick" your fingers clean! ( to me, that's the best part) And last but not least #4: I don't add #3's fat grams to my diet (it wasn't on my plate.. ha ha)!
Cheese Ball:
2 8oz. Cream Cheese
½ lb. Shredded Ham
2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Table Spoons Chopped Chives
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Mix together thoroughly and form into a ball. Place on a plate and top with additional chives. Chill for one hour, serve with crackers and enjoy.
